I often get asked
“Is Reformer Pilates harder or easier than Mat Pilates?” 🤔

The answer is… neither! They’re just challenging in different ways.

Mat Pilates uses your body weight and gravity to create resistance, while the Reformer uses springs, straps and resistance to challenge your muscles in a different way. The Reformer can support you in some exercises but also allows you to increase the resistance and really challenge your strength, control and stability.

Both are fantastic for building strength, flexibility, balance and core stability — it’s all about how you use them! 💪✨
