Anyone missing gym and been lazy will not be on my show . Sick of your bull s**t . So gym or just quit boxing because I can not be bothered with bull 🐂. Niel will be keeping a record of you all. also mess about in class you will get 1 warning and if you carry on again you will be asked to go home until you can grow up . Mess about at home instead. Let your parents deal with you .

Gym 10 am while 1 pm George Mitchell and Ambrose Mitchell come in at 10.45 am for sparing also anymore 60 kg want sparring be in gym same time. Top box coming.
