Congratulations to Harry who was awarded Student Of The Month for August 🏆

Harry has had a really impressive Month at the club. We have seen him really push him in all aspects of his training, even joining the BKA Running Club 🏃‍♂️

We have also seen him become a great mentor for the younger students at the club, showing great patience and care with them. Also passing on his knowledge and encouraging them to push themselves.

Juniors worked on using teeps and feints to create openings for more powerful strikes, followed by a reaction game 🥋

Adults focused on shovel kicks and using them to set up attacks, finishing with some Dutch-style combinations 🇳🇱

Another great Performance Class 🔥

Tonight we worked on using a feint to switch into a southpaw stance, creating the opportunity to fire a switch kick from the right leg.

We then built on this by adding it as a counter and then went advanced by adding a double feint 😵

From there, we worked on setting up attacks to the opponent’s rear leg, before finishing with a quick S&C circuit 💪🏻

Technical, purposeful work from everyone tonight.
