As she pushes through the tough conditioning work, she's surrounded by coaches and teammates cheering her on every step of the way.

Adults had an in-depth session on the jab and its counters, before finishing with Around The Clock Kicks ⏰️

Congratulations to Sakira who is our Student Of The Month for May !!

Sakira has been training with us a few months now and has always shown great consistency in her training. She is already very powerful with her strikes and works with the more advanced students.

She always works hard and encourages the people she works with. We can all see her becoming a great mentor one day.

Juniors worked on long combinations, mixing high and low strikes, before finishing with kick drills and a fitness circuit led by Club Mentor Imogen 💪🏻

Adults focused on striking while moving backwards, finishing with long combinations featuring some advanced kicks 🥊
