Great to take 3 of the kids from 5 Elements to the WKO British Championships yesterday.

All competed in K1 style kickboxing and came away with Silver medals. The 1 girl and 2 boys did us proud.

For anyone who hasnt stepped into a ring let me say doing so in front of a large crowd and a keen opponent is a huge achievment and one to be proud of.
