𝗔 𝗦𝘂𝗽𝗲𝗿 𝗦𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗮𝘆!
Smiles has started the new year off with a super Sunday. It was lovely to see our existing members back and bouncing as well as welcoming 2 new bouncers to our children’s session and 4 to our adult’s session. There were smiles all round 😀

And a big thank you to those who’ve joined Helping Hands Lottery we raised £6.50 for the 13 tickets in last night’s draw that had chosen to support Smiles. 👏👏

Whether you are a complete beginner, did it a few times at school or an experienced bouncer we are the place to go. Restarting on 6th September.

Experienced coaches and a relaxed atmosphere - we are all about having fun and a giggle together. With gradual progressions and individual input we can have you performing moves with confidence in no time.

We have good quality large trampolines that are much more forgiving than those solid beds at trampoline parks and in gardens.

Come and give it a go you may just find it’s your new favourite way to stay fit.

Children’s Session: 10:00 am to 11:30 am
Adult’s Session: 11:30am to 1:00pm

Session Fees are currently £6.50.
Trials:
Adult places available, waiting list open for children’s session.
Trials are £6.50 per session. Membership will be required after two trials have taken place. All members are required to be insured with British Gymnastics. Membership is currently £26 per year.
