A great morning of football today as we took part in a friendly hosted by Bo’ness United. ⚽

⚽ Match Report | Pre-Season Friendly

Bo’ness United 4️⃣–4️⃣ Raith Colts 2012

Our pre-season got underway this morning with an entertaining 4-4 draw away to Bo’ness United.

A big thank you to Bo’ness United for hosting us and providing a competitive, well-played friendly. It was great to get the boys back out on the pitch.

The Colts made a strong start and deservedly went 2-0 up through goals from Cole and Samuel, before Bo’ness pulled one back just before half-time.

The second half was full of action, with Bo’ness fighting back to take a 4-2 lead. To the boys’ credit, they showed fantastic character and never stopped believing. Adam pulled one back late on before, with virtually the last kick of the game, Harry C unleashed an incredible long-range free-kick that flew in off the underside of the bar to secure a deserved 4-4 draw! 🤩

There were plenty of positives to take from our first outing of the season, with some excellent football played throughout and great resilience shown when it mattered most.

What a day the boys had yesterday at Craigroyston Cup. They only went and came 1st place winning the tournament 🏆! Well done to everyone who took part.

Thank you to all the parents who continue to support not only your own player but the whole team. ⚽️

Huge well done to Aiden who won player of the whole tournament and Riley who was the top goal scorer of the day! ⚽️
