Quiz Night Fun at Prestwick Flyball’s First Fling!! 💛💚🖤🐾

How can I sum up the weekend in a short paragraph?!! It’s impossible, but I’ll try! Some of the Titans headed to Errol on Saturday for Prestwick Flyball First Fling. We had a lovely day, delicious barbecue tea and then we headed to the marquee for the Quiz! Lots of laughs and banter and the Titans had joint first place with Lomond Flyball Club. Jenny and Martin in the deciding question and Lomond Flyball Club took the win! Well done guys.
Up early Sunday for racing. I think we all felt nervous, but when the team got into the ring they just did their job like pros! Cassie and Bailey the experienced pair helping with the first time in open dogs were awesome as usual, delivering some super times and never putting a paw wrong. We had Ace, Monty and Baxter, brand new to open dogs and they just blew us away! Consistent, fast, super focused and straight back to their handlers. Not a chase from any of them. River was there too, showing us her best, and showing us how far she has come as she couldn’t be near anyone when she first started! Her confidence has grown so much and she is now a major part of the team. The handlers, Mike, Barbara, Anya, Julie, Michelle and Jay, my heart is full! You handled the pressure of being in Div 1, your crosses got better every leg, you all found your voices and worked so hard. To see you all grow and learn has been an honour. The team came home in 5th place with the awesome time of 18.61
Nightwings were in foundation with Skye, Nova, Finn and Millie. It was Skye and Nova’s first time at a comp and they smashed it! Skye ran and completed every leg. Nova went down the lane and back which is a great improvement and she’s still learning, Finn was his usual self, he’s almost 11 so will be hanging up his harness soon. Millie had some great runs, she’s super quick and it’s going to be awesome when it all clicks together. These guys always do us proud.
We are all looking forward to the next comp in September, we will be training hard and trying to improve. Titans you are the best bunch of people, caring for each other and helping each other. I love you all and the dogs, you make me so proud.

Titans are heading off to Errol this weekend to Prestwick Flyball First Fling!
We have some new dogs making their journey into open racing and we are very excited to be in division 1. We are racing as the Titan 45s, which is a Huge Thank You to 45 Commando Royal Marines based in Arbroath. They allow us to train at their base for which we are forever grateful and they treat us like Family! Thank you to them all for always being so kind and helpful.
The dogs heading into open racing are Baxter, Ace and Monty. It has been fantastic to watch them learn and gain confidence and we are so proud of them.
We also have Skye and Nova making their debut in foundation. It will be all new for them but they have come on leaps and bounds. Exciting times ahead for the Titans 💛💚🖤

Yesterday some of the Titans headed to Blairgowrie for some training with our friends at Pawsitivity Flyball Team! We had an awesome time and as always were made so welcome. Thanks guys for having us, we throughly enjoyed it ♥️♥️🐾

Everyone at Titan Tribe Flyball Team would like to thank Arlene and the girls for having us along at Henry & Co Fun Day! We had an awesome time meeting all the dogs and showing everyone our sport. The weather was amazing too! ♥️♥️🐾

This Sunday, 2nd August, Titan Tribe will be heading to Carmylie for the Henry & Co Fun Dog Show! We are so looking forward to showing you our beloved sport and everyone is welcome to ‘Have a Go’ with their own dog.

What a lovely evening for training it was on Wednesday! Our new dogs had a great time, running in the sunshine and the humans enjoyed trying different jobs. Looking forward to next week! ♥️♥️🐾

On Saturday some of the Titans headed to Errol for Clatto Clans Tartan Tourney! No racing for us on Saturday so we had a lovely afternoon with a BBQ and some refreshments. It was a beautiful day.
Sunday we were racing in foundation. Beryl and Berty were making their debut and these two rocked it! They weren’t phased by the noise or different environment, they just got on with the job. Ace, Baxter, Millie & Finn were on top form too, getting on with the job and working hard all day. We have things to work on, but having Foundation Racing is fantastic for learning. We were all a bit sunburnt as it was a total scorcher 🌞
We didn’t expect any placing, but came home with a 4th place rosette 🏵️ These dogs have come so far already in a short space of time. They make me so proud with all the hard work their handlers put in. Always at training and always helping each other. We are a ‘Tribe,’ and we all pull together. My heart is full with you guys, I love the dogs, I love the team and I so love all you guys. We are small but we are Titan 💛💚🖤###
