Sometimes it only takes a photo.

A short video clip.

A conversation with a friend.

A challenge.

A subtle reminder that there's still plenty of adventure waiting outside the front door.

Sometimes that's all it takes to arrange a run with an old training partner, explore somewhere new, or rediscover the motivation that got you started in the first place.

The trick is paying attention to those little triggers when they appear.

Because the more reasons we find to keep showing up, the longer we stay in the game.

Sad doesn’t seem a big enough word for today’s terrible news.

Lily-Mae Fisher had joined the team at And-over Trail Events recently as ambassador and apparel sponsor with her brand Valkerie.

Such an inspirational person, a sad loss to everyone who knew her.

Our thoughts go to her friends and family and also to the families of Chris Gayson and Owen Green.
