Martin’s funeral will be held on Friday 4th September at St. Aidans, Bamburgh at 2pm for those wishing to pay their respects.

It is with great sadness, the Straker family announce the sudden & unexpected passing of Martin on the 17th August, at home, surrounded by his family.

Martin was a key committee member for several years at the club and, being a Driffield man, was heavily involved in fixtures between the two sides. He will be greatly missed.

The family wish to express thanks for all the kind, heartfelt messages.

A huge thank you to everyone who played, supported, donated prizes and helped make the day such a success. It was brilliant to see so many people enjoying themselves and getting behind the club.
