“I’ve been training at urban fitness for over a year now. I started after I had an intense panic attack from anxiety and I needed something to help me feel better and healthier. I’ve now lost over 5 stone and I’m no where near done. Kasia who has been helping me with nutrition has been amazing and she is so supportive it keeps me motivated.
I absolutely love urban fitness, it’s so friendly and supportive. You genuinely feel like apart of the family when your in the building and even when your not. They remember every face, every conversation, no question is silly, they take time to help you understand a machine or a movement. I’ve never felt so comfortable and confident as when I’m in the gym because of the lovely group of people I’m surrounded by.
