RGU boxing is suitable for everyone, whether you're wanting to get fit, start competing or if you're just here for the messy nights out, Your training sessions will be altered to help you reach your goals! Training will be held in studio 3A (RGU:Sport). Wednesdays: 3pm - 5pm
Fridays: 7:30pm - 9:30pm
