💥 ADDICTIONS 💥
A terrible subject, but not always the ones we expect Addictions can be various and for many things in our lives : people, thoughts, patterns, substance, food, work, s*x, anything really ! And sometimes we can’t even name it 🙈
This meditation is really helpful in times when we feel that we are drawn compulsively towards something and we don’t find peace within.
It helps with addictions known and unknown.
🗓️ Try building a regular practice every day for 11 days or 21 days or even 40 days and see what happens
⏰ you might do it for three minutes 11 minutes or 31 minutes. It doesn’t matter really ~ what does matter is that you do it every day
✍️ maybe you want to document it in your journal about, be curious, observe the effects of this meditation on on your thoughts, on your patterns, on your life
