Fenriz Gym: Trainingszentrum für MMA, Muay Thai, Boxen und Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Das Fenriz Gym wurde 2010 als Fenriz Trainingszentrum gegründet.

Ursprünglich als reiner Standort für Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) Training konzipiert hat sich Fenriz mitlerweile zum größten Standort für Kampfsport in Berlin, Kreuzberg entwickelt. Wir bieten neben MMA Training auch echtes Gracie Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Muay Thai, Boxen und Ringkampf an. Für Erholung und Fitness können wir auch sorgen. Yogakurse, ein großer Fitnessbereich und Personal Training runden unser Angebot ab.

One word: Conditioning 🥵💦

Do it!

Conditioning is a great way to improve your performance, and challenge your brain & muscles.

People often train only what they “like” and what is “easy,” but should also spend time training what they “don’t like” and what they find challenging. This is one of the keys to overcoming plateaus in your sport.
