FIIT Paphos Target-Train-Transform CROSSFITNESS PAPHOS started as a small indoor gym in Paphos uptown on May 2012. TARGET - TRAIN - TRANSFORM !!

A year later we moved to NEAPOLIS University Fitness Center and since then is our base . WE offer our memebers the opportunity to train indoor and outdoor with a variety of workouts wich contain Power lifting , Body weight excercises , A bit of Gymnastics , a touch of Cardio ( Workout Of the Day) . Our mission is to provide you with the right programming , support and guidance for your journey to reach your goals .
