Today was Day 4 of the Future Founders & Leaders Summer Academy at the Centre for Entrepreneurship, University of Cyprus
Our session focused on moving from model to reality.
And this is where entrepreneurship starts to become very real.
Because having an idea is the vision for the meal.
Building a business model is the recipe.
But eventually every founder reaches the same question:
Will it actually work?
Or, to continue the analogy...
Will it taste good?
Do I have the resources?
What assumptions am I still making?
What needs to happen first?
And what happens when I have fewer ingredients than I hoped for?
Because entrepreneurship rarely starts with unlimited resources.
It starts with creativity, prioritization, and making the most of what you have.
These aren't always the most exciting conversations.
But they are often the most important.
Because entrepreneurship is not just about dreaming big.
It's about turning ideas into something practical, sustainable, and valuable.
Today's discussions reminded me that implementation is where many ideas either gain momentum or lose it.
Not because the idea wasn't good.
But because reality requires choices.
Priorities.
Trade-offs.
Testing.
And action.
One step at a time.

Hi, I'm Christina,
I support founders and leaders in growing with clarity, intention, and sustainable direction.
Because ideas create possibilities, but action creates results.
