What an incredible way to celebrate another amazing year with our Windsor Aquatic Club family!
The WAC Cup is about so much more than racing. It’s about cheering on teammates, celebrating personal bests and creating memories that last far beyond the pool deck. Thank you to our swimmers, coaches, volunteers, officials, and families for making WAC Cup 2026 such a tremendous success. Your dedication, passion, and team spirit are what make this club truly extraordinary.

The Windsor Aquatic Club is proud to congratulate Isabella Biondo on her acceptance to York University, where she will continue her swimming career while pursuing a degree in Health Sciences! 🎓

It has been a privilege to be part of Isabella’s journey, and we are excited to see all that she accomplishes in this next chapter. We hope she will return to share her experiences and inspire the next generation of WAC athletes.

Congratulations again, Isabella! We wish you continued success at York University and beyond.

Michael Yu travelled to Etobicoke to complete at the Jack McCormick Invitational and broke the male 10 & under 800 free (LC) club record from 1989 with a time of 11:45.77! Breaking a record that has lasted more than three decades is an incredible achievement!

Last month at Fins Up 5, Valerio Di Matteo made a splash by breaking the WAC boys’ 10 & under 50m breaststroke (LC) club record with an impressive time of 40.75!

Valerio has had an outstanding season, and this record-breaking swim is a testament to his hard work and commitment to improvement. We are incredibly proud of all that he has accomplished this year and can’t wait to see what he achieves next.

The club records weren’t just falling in the individual events at the 2026 Western Region Long Course Championships—they were falling in the relays too!

WAC swimmers combined to break an incredible SIX relay records throughout the meet. Our athletes came together, raced as a team, and delivered some unforgettable performances.

These relays were exciting from start to finish, with races coming down to the final touch. The energy, teamwork, and determination on display made them some of the most thrilling swims of the weekend.

Congratulations to all of our relay swimmers on an outstanding championship performance!

The records kept falling at the 2026 Western Region Long Course Championships!

Henry Ufford added his name to the record books once again, breaking a club record for the boys 13-14 year old 50 breast that he had just set back in March. He also broke the boys 13-14 year old 100 breast from 1983!!!!

What an incredible accomplishment and a testament to the hard work he brings to practice every day.

Why break a record once when you can break it again? 

Just one month after setting the WAC boys’ 11–12 800m freestyle club record, Ethan decided to raise the bar even higher and break his own record!

2X RECORD BREAKER ALERT!
Miriam Mansour had an incredible weekend at the 2026 Western Region Long Course Championships!

First, Miriam shattered her own WAC girls’ 11–12 800m freestyle club record—just three months after setting it. As if that wasn’t impressive enough, she then went on to break the girls’ 11–12 100m freestyle club record that had stood since 1990!

A huge thank you to all of the amazing volunteers who gave their time, energy, and support to help make this weekend possible. From timing and officiating to hospitality, setup, and everything in between, your dedication helped create an incredible experience for our swimmers.
