What a way to close this chapter. ❤️

Our final performance of this choreography, on the stage at Mambo Paradise in Cozumel… truly a “cierre con broche de oro”. ✨🇲🇽

First, a heartfelt thank you to the organizers of for welcoming Vernon Salsa and giving us the opportunity to share the stage with such an incredible dance community and artists.

Performing is already a commitment. Performing abroad asks for even more… the time, the practice, the mental space, the planning, the travel… and the willingness to say yes, we’re doing this! I couldn’t have asked for better teammates or travel buddies to share this experience with. We did it, chicas. 🥹

A very, very special thank you to Paulina Posadas for your continued support of Salsa Vida and, once again, for this beautiful choreography. We have grown so much through it, and saying goodbye to it on a stage in Mexico felt incredibly special. Thank you for everything you have poured into us. ❤️

And to our Salsa Vida sisters who couldn’t make the trip this year, we missed you dearly.
.mora._ . You were still part of this performance. We poured our hearts into that final show knowing we weren’t only dancing for the four of us on that stage, but representing all of Salsa Vida. Next year, chicas… ❤️

And finally, one of the biggest thank yous belongs to the people who rarely get seen in these videos: our families.

Our husbands, parents, family and friends who give us the time and support to rehearse, perform, travel and continue doing something that brings us so much joy. The hours you give us, the encouragement, the help behind the scenes and the simple “go, enjoy it” make all of this possible.

There is so much love and support behind every few minutes we get to spend on a stage.

Without you, none of this happens. Thank you. ❤️

A little throwback to one of the sweetest moments from Baila Vernon! 💛

Our Bachata Baby performance back in February was such a special one. These little dancers (and their mamas!) completely stole the show… and since then, I’ve had so many messages asking, “When is Bachata Baby coming back?”

Well… it’s coming back. 🥰

Our next 4-week Bachata Baby session begins Thursday, September 3, and I’m so excited to welcome a new little group onto the dance floor.

Bachata Baby is a relaxed, feel-good class for moms and their little ones… your time to move, enjoy some music, connect with other moms and do something fun together with baby along for the ride.

No dance experience needed. No pressure. Just 45 minutes of bachata, babies and a really lovely little community. ❤️
