Hey ladies Happy Thursday ❤️
Who is still doing the 300 a day squat challenge for a week with me?!
Not going to lie day 1 and day 2 were easy peasy! ...then the soreness set in 🤣
That was to be expected.
I had to break up my squats into 100 3x a day!
(Much easier and more realistic)
I like doing squats because it works your whole body!!! I can definitely feel my core getting stronger and ofcourse my legs.
Still after today there are 2 days left!
As of Saturday I will have done 2100 squats 😬
If you didn't do the challenge NO BIG.
This was just for fun!
