JACKED JUNE💪
For the month of June, we are introducing German volume training (GVT) into StrengthFit class (4 day split).
GVT is a training program that involves performing 10 sets of 10 repetitions with a moderate weight for a given exercise. It’s a high-volume training method designed to stimulate muscle growth and increase strength. Individuals will perform 10 sets of 10 on the primary lift with a load of 60-70% of maximum. All 10 sets will be completed for 10 reps at the same load. Participants will Increase the load each workout if they are successful in achieving 10 sets of 10 at the same weight.
Due to the volume of the A series, we’ll only be performing an A series and B series.
