A fantastic weekend over at Mihama Dojo with Shihan Ali and the crew. Beautiful dojo and beautiful people. Thank you 🙏 for the hospitality and good mat time and social time. The meat on a stick was next level. If you want a great group to train jujutsu with on the Sunshine Coast look these guys up.

This is going to be a barn burner of a weekend. Freshly back from training with Soke Irie Japan and we have new Kihon Waza and grading requirements to share. These are a must learn for all Sadohana Kai Shihan , Group leaders and students alike. Time to level up your KoKoDo game - we have just a few spots left. Do not miss this one

Back to the tatami and regular routine. Reflecting on an amazing trip to Hombu with Soke Irie and Chiyokosan. One of the highlights for was we formally expanded our basic waza set to 200 waza from Shodan - Nidan - Sandan - Yondan. The new waza are amazing and essential to understanding Soke’s way of movement and thinking. I can’t wait to show our Shihan and dojo at our Rensei Kai in 2 weeks.
