✨ TECHNIQUE TUESDAY ✨

Today’s tip: Warm up before class! 🩰

Arriving a few minutes early gives you time to get settled, prepare your body for movement, and focus your mind before class begins. A consistent warm-up routine can help you get the most out of your training and start class with intention! 💙

⏰ Arrive early. Warm up. Get focused. Dance your best!
