I had such a great experience ordering a customized baseball for my boyfriend’s birthday! Rubin was incredibly helpful and patient throughout the whole process. He made sure my design was exactly how I wanted it, even with all my changes, and was so easy to communicate with. He sent product mock ups to make sure everything was perfect before shipping.
I told him the date I needed it by, and he delivered exactly as promised.I actually received it the same day I needed it.The quality and service were both excellent.
I highly recommend them, especially if you’re looking for something personalized and special.
