The BlackToe Holiday 10k is sold out, but we’ve opened 30 charity entries to help local families this season. We’re teaming up with the Community Centre 55 Share a Christmas program to provide gifts and holiday meals to families in need.

To grab a spot, register for $75 and commit to raising at least $500 for Community Centre 55. Fundraisers still qualify for our incentives, including ASICS shoes, BlackToe gift cards and more.

Only 30 spots, and they won’t last. Race day is December 6! Register at the link in our bio.

One year of BlackToe Ottawa!

Today marks one year since we opened our doors in a new community, and we couldn’t be happier we chose Ottawa. Thank you to everyone who helped welcome us, popped by the store, or joined us on the run. We’re incredibly proud of the community we’ve built together, and we can’t wait to see what the next year brings. 👀🖤

Congrats to our Friday Pursuit of Speed winners!

Clock’s ticking. How far can you go?

GIDDY UP!

This morning was filled with all of our favourite run PAIRRings: coffee, bagels, bananas, and pairrsocks. Thank you to everyone who joined us, and go get it tomorrow Toronto! Trust your training. It’s time to giddy up.

Race weekends are built for going fast. The competition is on at BlackToe at The Well. Hop in our Pursuit of Speed treadmill lab and see how far you can go in three minutes. Swing by today and tomorrow for your shot at taking home a pair of adidas Running Adios Pro 5s and a $250 BlackToe gift card.

10/13/2026

Step into the Pursuit of Speed treadmill lab and take the brand-new adidas Adios Pro 5 for a (very fast) spin. Three minutes on the clock. Cover the most ground, top the leaderboard, and leave a little faster than you came in. adidas just swept the men’s and women’s titles at Berlin and Chicago, so their shoes know a thing or two about going fast.

The fastest man and woman each day walk away with a pair of Pro 5s and a $250 BlackToe gift card. Not chasing the top spot? Every runner is entered into a daily draw for their own Pro 5s and BlackToe gift card, so every pace has a shot.

Find us outside BlackToe Running at The Well. It’s time to redline.
