Due to religious reasons this is the only before/after picture that we could use but this is 30lb in 25 sessions(3 months)😳 wanted to share the texts that she sent in because of the the complete lifestyle change and strong mentality that head coach Zunair was able to install install in his client. When we train clients it’s more then just “ok that was a great hour, see you next week” NO. It’s “Great session! You killed it! Let’s touch base tomorrow and see how you feel, don’t forget to send me your my fitness pal!” We educate our clients to be able to train on their own by having all the guidance they need for success! Like our client here said , we operate out of mutual RESPECT and HARD WORK! Unfortunately due to school draining our youths bank accounts she cannot continue to train and we are not able to finish the transformation. Our still checks up with us and let’s us know that she is still going hard and staying self motivated. Awesome job Zunair for changing another life 🙏🏽 .

🤰PREGANCY🤰 is a beautiful thing . The gift of life that only a mother can bring into this world is the biggest blessing that a father can receive . A lot of women including my wife have a hard time accepting the weight they put on from pregnancy especially if they were in great shape prior. I always encourage her that she will get her body back when the time is right and for now just embrace the beauty growing inside you.
Working out during pregnancy is fine as long as the doctor clears it , unfortunately for Annie we almost lost the baby around 3 months so she had to rest and is not allowed to workout till after giving birth. Her core is now very weak and she has trouble getting out of bed and some issues in her lower back due to weak glutes and hip tightness. But like i mentioned when the time is right we are going to get her back into shape!
The reason for this post is to show mothers and pregnant woman to embrace being pregnant and giving birth as a gift from god and to let you know that with hard work and diet you can get it back! If being getting fit is your 2020 goal let me help you get there!

🏆CLIENT SHOUTOUT🏆 BIG shoutout to my man ! 20 sessions in and we are down 22lb & 5.5% body fat! This man grinded since day 1.. no excuses no bu****it. Just followed instructions. Despite working an office job so not much movement and being vegan so finding Protein sources abit more challenging he still hit his goals every week. When i was gone 2 weeks on vacay , he still put in the work! 25 session package completed ✅ This is the definition of body recomposition! Dropped only 25 pounds but looks like so much more.. why? Because we aimed to lose body fat and inches and not so much the weight! From 26% down to 22% body fat. Completely changed her body structure and shrank her down as much as we could. Although their is only so much you can to change the way your body is shaped , with the right exercises , nutrition & coaching you can go a long way! Proud of you ! .
*Side note* DON’T believe the bs you see on ig of some coaches making miracles happen in a couple weeks . They are lying and putting their clients on crash diets that make you feel like s**t and gain all the weight back. Do it the right way ! train hard & stay consistent 💯 .
