Mia's journey as a yoga teacher developed in 2013 when she traveled to Rishikesh India to complete her 200hr Yoga Certification. Immersed in the true culture she studied in an Asham under Dr. Jutendra Das with The Patanjali International Yoga Foundation. Here he helped her uncover all the elements that compose yoga as a whole. Since then she was inspired by other teachers and completed her 300hr yoga certification in 2016 at Semperviva Yoga Teacher College in Vancouver Canada.

Mia's mission and intention as a teacher is to help guide students to feel more balanced through a mind, body and breath connection. To create a safe and open space for students to move comfortably in their own bodies and develop their own practice towards self-discovery of their true self.

Starting July 6th, every Wednesday Janelle will be guiding;
6pm Cannabis Infused Yin
7:30pm Cannabis Infused Sound Bath

Starting with an optional 10 minute conscious consumption in the backyard followed by a beautifully guided hour session.

Catch her every Sunday at 6:30pm for Yin -End of Week Reset. Starting this Sunday the 26th.
Britt is passionate about helping humans come home to their bodies and their true essence, through mindful movement, meditation, breath and energetic practices. She believes the body is a vehicle to our souls and when we love them and move them to the Rhythm of nature, the soul thanks us with magic that has transformed her life. She wishes to extend what she has learned over the years to come home to herself, and curate a space for you to do so as well.
