Ringette PEI is proud to congratulate Chad Deagle on completing his certification as a Learning Facilitator!

Chad is now certified to deliver both Ringette Community Coach (RCC) and Competition Introduction (CI) courses, helping educate and support coaches throughout Prince Edward Island.

As Ringette PEI's Coaching Director, Chad has been a dedicated leader within our sport for many years. He has served as an assistant coach with the U14 PEI Wave program and has been the head coach of the Rustico Riptides for many seasons, positively impacting countless athletes and coaches along the way.

Having another certified Learning Facilitator within our province is a tremendous benefit for both current and prospective coaches. It means increased access to coach education opportunities, local mentorship, and support throughout the certification process. By making training more accessible, we can continue to strengthen our coaching community and ensure our athletes have positive, development-focused experiences at every level of the game.

This achievement reflects Chad's ongoing commitment to coach development and the growth of ringette across Prince Edward Island. We are grateful for his leadership, passion, and dedication to helping our coaches and athletes succeed.
