One sessions progress with one of our Beer League Boot Camp goalie’s blocker saves.

Big focus on some key points:

🔑Tracking into and off of the body
🔑Relaxing the arm into a more natural position to fill holes
🔑Making saves in front of the body
🔑LET PUCKS COME TO YOU. Relax, release tension, be patient and let pucks hit you without pulling up or back.

One more May session tonight to wrap up our spring clinics, then we’ll be back at it in August!

We've added another ELITE power skating session for U15 and up.

Focus will be on edgework, posture and weight transfer. We'll be getting you out of your comfort zone and challenging you in some new ways.

Some shootout highlights from our first night of beer league boot camp!

Pretty cool to have so many new goalies out and can’t wait to see the progress we can make this year. We still have some spots open for May sessions and will be adding August/September sessions too.

Great grant program supporting young female players.

Grant applications are now open for the 2026–27 season!

Grindstone provides registration funding for girls under 19 across Canada, helping reduce the cost of hockey and making it easier to get on the ice.

Equipment grants are also available through NHLPA Goals & Dreams, helping provide essential gear for young players who need it.
