Great day up to Emperor Falls on Robson! What a fantastic group of ladies that pushed through the 4am wake up, the 6hrs of driving, and 10hrs of hiking the more than 30km of trail💪🏼

After some careful consideration and deliberation we have decided to amend our trip details to Mount Robson. With the ever changing forest fire situation we thought the most appropriate plan would be to not stay overnight in Valemount to ensure that they have the space for any evacuees, forest firefighters, etc. That being said we are still making a day trip of it…just not the full haul in one day then home right after because we would like to be able to somewhat move the rest of the week 😂 So save the date and join us August 11 for a day trip to beautiful Emperor Falls

Recently saw a post from a woman who says she’s perimenopausal, takes no HRT and her healthy habits help her manage her weight. Props to her ladies, but I can tell you despite healthy habits, exercise, healthy eating, counting macros, decrease my alcohol intake… I was struggling. I want you to know there’s no shame in the HRT game! Don’t let anyone tell you differently. Mentally and physically, some of need some help, not just healthy habits.
