Goalkeeping Coach Matt led a great session last night for our parent coaches on how to support a team’s keepers! Coaches learned about proper technique, warm ups, activities and got a chance to have their questions answered. It was a great, (very rainy!!) informative evening!! 🌧️ ⚽️

A huge thank you to everyone who joined us for Photo Day last weekend! ❤️🖤💛

Thank you to all of our parents, team officials and children for helping the day run so smoothly. The children represented PoCo FC so well and it was really nice seeing so many of our families together.

We are also incredibly appreciative of everyone who supported our Club Wear sale. It was our biggest one yet and we are very thankful for the support shown to the club.

And finally, a huge thank you to all of our volunteers who gave their time and helped make the day possible.

Yesterday was a great example of what makes PoCo FC such a strong community.

PoCo FC recognizes the National Day for Truth and Reconciliation.

We acknowledge that we live, play and come together on the traditional, ancestral and unceded territories of the kʷikʷəƛ̓əm (Kwikwetlem) First Nation.

We honour the children who never returned home, the Survivors of residential schools along with their families and communities.

Every Child Matters.

🏆 TWO YEARS IN A ROW! 🏆
The PoCo Cougars have brought home GOLD from the BC 55+ Games for the second year in a row! 🥇🥇
The gold medal game went into DOUBLE OVERTIME before heading to a shootout, with the Cougars coming out victorious!
Way to go, Cougars!! 👏⚽️

Brenda MacGregor did the puck drop at the Vancouver Giants preseason game in Poco against the Victoria Royals last night!
Brenda is retiring after 18 as Club Administrator at PoCo FC!!

To further celebrate Brenda we invite current and former Club members to the Poco Rec Centre on September 25 from 6-9pm. This will be a drop-in celebration with music, light food and refreshments. Please stop by anytime during the evening to wish Brenda well and help us give her the warm retirement send-off she deserves!!
