Your nervous system deserves moments of regulation, restoration, and rest.

Join Meghan Cornett for Restore: A Yin Yoga + Sound Bath Experience on September 11th from 7:00pm-8:30pm.

We’ll begin with a guided yin practice, using long-held, supported postures to help the body soften, release tension, and settle the nervous system.

The second half of the evening is a full sound bath. You’ll rest comfortably while live instruments (Himalayan and crystal singing bowls, crystal flute, chimes, etc.) are played around you.

Together, yin and sound create the conditions for a level of rest most of us rarely access.
