It's so fun to be trying something brand new, and know you have the strength for it 💪

Yesterday we went indoor rock climbing. It was a hell of an arms workout (even though I tried to use my legs too!). I had a blast thinking how to twist and turn my body to climb those walls, paying attention to core and back muscles.

For me, fitness is meant to help me rise up to any new physical challenge and meet it head on, knowing that my body has the physical skills to work through it and do it. It feels so empowering and rewarding.
