What a great evening of races last night here at Merritt Speedway!!! Congrats to all our trophy dash winners! One minor rain delay made the track super fast and made for some great racing! The rain last night will do the same, you won’t want to miss today’s event sponsored by Devlin Drywall Contractors! Pit meeting at 11, qualifying shortly after with races kicking off at noon!

What an awesome day at the track!! We welcomed over 400 kids from our local elementary school out for a great field trip. Autographs, races, and lots of cheering. These kids all had a great time and were hoping to see them all back at the races this weekend!

We are so excited to have the Elementary Schools of Merritt come out and enjoy the speedway and the excitement of the cars!! We are looking for a few more cars to join in on the fun this Friday. We would appreciated Commitment by tonight so we can be sure to have all the autograph booklets updated with all the cars! So far we have:

Let’s not forget the quarter midgets went out and kicked off their inaugural race season! These girls were all figuring out their cars, how to drive alongside eachother and all made some great clean passes!
