Had a great ride at Kalamalka Lake yesterday.

With the fall season comes great riding and I will be taking advantage of that, with the following hours change at the shop.

Open:
Tuesday-Saturday from 11am to 6pm.

It's my privilege to share this pic of Jacob Sheldon with his 2025 Transition Bikes Patrol.

At 16 years, I am so impressed with his accomplishment in buying this sweet ride.

Big thanks to all the volunteers who came out to repair the big set drop-in at the bike park! 🙌

Thanks to everyone who helped get this feature back in shape! 🤘🚵‍♂️

Unreal riding just down the road

Okay, this is pretty freaking cool. 🥹🚵‍♂️

Mountain bike legend Brandon Semenuk his crew and the Red Bull team came to our little town of Merritt to create Parallel III on a custom built course right here in our backyard.

For a couple weeks, Valley Graze had the absolute pleasure of feeding this incredible crew.

Then we watched the video and saw VALLEY GRAZE in the Special Thanks credits. 😭❤️

Just a little small town café feeding some of the biggest names in mountain biking.

Small town. Pretty freaking big moment

Just a note to all of our much appreciated customers.

Running this business has been incredibly challenging for me and my family. I love it, but that isn't always enough.

Sometimes meeting deadlines, staying organized, answering phone calls, responding to texts and messages, and maintaining shop hours from 9-5 Monday-Saturday is part of that challenge.

Text is still the best way to reach us, at (250) 936-9702.

Your patience and understanding is very much appreciated. Thank you.
