Today is Chinese New Year. 🎉 I’m celebrating my heritage with the rhythms that always bring me back to what matters most:

🥢 A New Year’s Eve family dinner:
We gathered before New Year to enjoy a festive meal with family.
It brings back joyful memories of celebration with my grandparents and
my Dad.

🍬 Preparing the sweet tray for the New Year:
Symbolize a promise and wish of joy and prosperity for the year ahead.

🧧 Giving and Receiving red pockets:
As blessings for health, happiness, and prosperity
Receiving the red pockets of well wishes from your elders with gratitude

This is the Year of the Fire Horse 🐎
The Fire Horse energy is all about movement, courage, and decisive actions. It is not just about dreaming big, but galloping forward with purpose.
It is a year that invites us to choose direction (not just speed), and to lead with heart while staying grounded.

This connects well to my mantra of 2026, Connection. Strength. Breakthrough.
Fire Horse energy reminds me that transformation doesn’t arrive by waiting, it arrives when we move with intention:

Connection: Connecting to who and what matters: family, community, and the relationships that steady us as we grow.

Strength: Choosing courage with heart. It is the kind that shows up in consistent actions, not just big moments.

Breakthrough: Stepping forward even when it’s unfamiliar, trusting that bold moves create new possibilities.

Breakthrough is the last word I have chosen.
It is not about a one-time event. It is a way of growing, of choosing to evolve intentionally:

🔶 Letting go of old patterns so we can lead from our most authentic self
