On the 15th August 2019, I made a commitment to at least maintain my weight now that I was working from home. However after seeing photos of me in the October I realise that I needed to so something or my health would suffer as a result of carrying a bit extra weight.
By consuming nutritional proucts which changed by taste buds that I no longer crave sugary foods I started to lose the weight. Joined a gym and went 3 times a week, then moved onto Intermittent Fasting - highly recommended, even if to help the gut reset itself.
Then I was introduced to meal replacement shakes a few weeks ago when the health & wellbeing companies merged, and oh boy I am converted😍 I had always thought shakes were just a gimmik, but these ones are specially formulated to give you the best nutrition you need.
So From October to now I have lost 2 STONE at the age of 53!!!! This was also during the period where I could not go to the gym!
