Our summer weekly drop-ins are back! We have a time change due to a gym conflict, so the drop in will be at 3-6 instead of 6-9 as usual! We can’t wait to see you all there. REMEMBER: it is a $5 enterance fee that can be paid through cash or card. Go cougars!!!

We are super excited to introduce our male tryout preparation drop ins! These will take place on September 1st and 3rd from 7:00pm-9:00pm. It will be for 15U-18U athletes. There will be coaches there to help make sure that the drop in runs smoothly! We hope to see you all there!
