This month, we will explored what it means to truly care for others. 🤝

compassion brings us closer together, to recognizing the obstacles that might get in the way,
we’ve learned that even the smallest acts of kindness can make a big difference. 🌱

By showing compassion, we’re not only helping those around us, but also growing into more
empathetic and thoughtful individuals. 💕

Whether it’s lending a hand, offering a kind word, or
simply being there for someone, compassion has the power to build stronger friendships and

🎯 Self-Control Means:
Being able to pause, think, and choose—even when it’s hard. 💭 🧠 🥋
Self-control isn’t about being perfect or never feeling big emotions. It’s about learning how to
manage our actions, feelings, and choices, especially in tough moments. In martial arts, self-
control helps students stay focused, calm, and respectful—on and off the mat.
🥋 Finishing homework before screen time = smart choices.
🥋 Staying calm when frustrated = emotional strength.
🥋 Following instructions even when excited = discipline in action.
Here are some simple ways kids can show self-control every day:
✅ Pause First – Take a breath before reacting. 🌬 🛑
✅ Stay Focused – Stick with the task, even when it’s tempting to quit. 🎯 💪
✅ Make Smart Choices – Think about what’s best long-term. 🧠 ✨
