For this spot, you’ll need to feel comfortable on a small ladder, as it requires cleaning of the hot room mirrors and ceiling fans in addition to vacuuming the entire studio.

BINGO is back!!!
August 1st is officially upon us this Saturday and that means BINGO, baby!!

We’ll have BINGO cards at the front desk when you come in. You can leave the cards with us at the studio or you can take it home to strategize (or take a photo instead 📸 ).

Every square has a task on it and every line you complete gets you a small prize or reward. Get a black out and you automatically get a FREE PRIVATE CLASS WITH PAULINE, valued at $80, PLUS we’ll be doing draws for prizes from local businesses for anyone who successfully gets a blackout!

This is a game of strategy, but it’s a fun one!! BINGO starts on Saturday, so get ready for some fun!

Pauline is back for the start of the floor series in the Ashtanga class. This video breaks down the importance of the alignment and engagement in Dandasana: Staff Pose. The fundamental activations here in this pose will carry us through the rest of the floor postures.
