Pop Up Yoga Lethbridge Weekly Yoga for the community since 2014. 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Trainings since 2020. Pop-Up Yoga Lethbridge, established 2015.

We aim to make yoga accessible to as many people as possible by creating an inclusive and accessible space. We have proudly done so since 2015 by operating on an anonymous payment system (pay what you can) in a humble attempt to remove barriers to the practice. We ask that those that can pay for their practices do so (sliding scale of $5-$15/class), and those that cannot at this time, join us (no

questions asked).

Class Cost: Students: $0 - $10, General: $5 - $15.

Please note, these classes are made possible by a “pay what you can” system. If you are able to pay for class, please do. This allows us to continue to be sustainable in a number of ways including holding a rental space year round and that our instructors are paid fairly for their experience and education.

If you are unable to financially pay for class, please still join us.

Our Sunday Yoga Classes are taught by well-trained and educated, Yoga Alliance Certified instructors. They are among the best teachers in Lethbridge, and each are proud graduates of Flow State 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training.

We aim to make yoga accessible to as many people as possible by creating an inclusive and accessible space. We have proudly done so since 2015. In a humble attempt to remove financial barriers to the practice, we have operated our Sunday Class on an anonymous payment system (pay what you can) since day one in 2014.
