Wondering where to find me this summer?? 🏖️

I’m at ULeth four days a week!! These classes are open to community members too. We have super affordable options for community folks. If you’re missing your weekly dose of Care, please come see me! 💕

For July and August all fitness classes are free for staff and students- no membership required.

We’ve built the most beautiful community at ULeth. My absolute joy to teach with these folks. See you there! 🤩

New session of Chair Yoga at ULeth starts May 20!

This is an all abilities class that meets you where you’re at. We offer an inclusive and supportive environment that encourages social connection as we tap into our internal body wisdom. Moving at a slower, more gentle pace- there’s always time to ask questions as we make each pose work for your individual needs!

Chair Yoga can be especially supportive for:

✔️ Seniors
✔️ Those recovering from injury or surgery
✔️ Anyone with limited mobility

Range of motion, balance, strength, flexibility- we work with all of these!

In collaboration with and I’m excited to be offering Family Yoga on April 17th!

This event is perfect for all ages. Bring your kiddos, parents, and grandparents for a fun and engaging yoga practice full of games, stories and the opportunity to connect with other families!

All proceeds from this session will be donated to LSCO’s Meals on Wheels program. Thank you for your kind and generous support of the work LSCO does for our community!

Donations can be made directly to lethseniors.ca/donate. Suggested donation $10-20.

One of the most wonderful gifts for kiddos, and adults alike, is to learn to love movement. 💫
