It was great to see some of our judoka at the Spring Festival (Koi-Nobori) at the Kamloops Japanese Canadian Association! 🎏
Dressed in happi coats and yukata, they helped celebrate a fun day of culture, community, and tradition.

Today we celebrated our year-end pizza party and awards day! It was a fun-filled day with games, great food, and lots to celebrate.

We’re especially proud of our Junior class, where several students earned new obi promotions:

• 2 Orange obi

2026 Pacific International at the Richmond Oval

That’s a wrap for our U16 team today! While the medals didn’t land our way this time, the team stepped onto the mats with determination, gave it their all, and represented our club.

Our team ended the night with a silver medal in Senior Men’s Nage-no-kata. Congratulations to Danny – Tori and Benjamin – Uke on a fantastic performance!
