Is your player improving?
It isn’t always more goals, more wins, or being the fastest player on the field.
Sometimes development looks quieter…
-They check their surroundings before the ball arrives.
-Their first touch puts them in a better position.
-They make decisions a little faster.
-They ask for the ball more often.
- If something goes wrong, they’re quicker to shake it off and get back into the game.
Those changes all add up.
Because great player development isn’t just about what they can do with the ball. It’s about confidence, awareness, decision-making, and understanding the game.
And our favourite sign of progress?
They’re still excited to come back and play again.
