This past weekend, OSCAAR Racing competitor Rob Bromley, took his #6 Hot Rod to Sauble Speedway for their 2026 season opener.

After some contact in the heat race, the team worked hard to get out for the main event and came home with a solid second place finish.

Even though OSCAAR was off this past weekend, it was nice to see several The Fyre Place and Patio OSCAAR Hot Rods presented by Bromley Automotive, and JRS Auctions Oscaar Super Late Model Series presented by Just Foam It competitors out on-track this past weekend at Delaware Speedway, Flamboro Speedway-Authorized Page, and Sauble Speedway.

There were several great results, including Jake Sheridan with a win at Flamboro, Thomas Wunsch with a checkered flag and Daniel Hawn placing runner up in the T.Q. Can-Am Midget feature.

We look forward to seeing all our competitors take the first The Car Guy green flag of the season when OSCAAR opens up 2026 at Sauble on Saturday, June 13.
