Happy belated birthday to Coach Mike, if you see him around the gym, make sure to say hi ๐ฅณ๐
As for why he trains โ he has been in the gym since he was 6 years old, so he understands the importance of staying healthy and in shape for both his physical and mental heath.
Itโs about feeling good, and being able to thrive not just for a moment of your life but for the entirety of it. ๐ค๐ฅ
Ps โ we always tell you to listen to your coaches, however, if you noticed Coach Mike leaning on the ring ropes in this video, donโt follow his lead on that ๐ everything else, definitely listen and learn from him.
