• Gymnastics develops both basic and advanced movement skills that form the core of sport and activity in general. Gymnastics is a springboard to all other sports.

• The activity of gymnastics should be fun and accessible to participants of all ages and abilities.


• Children can experience success, gain an increased sense of self-esteem, learn the importance of determination and perseverance, discover how to set and achieve goals, and develop positive life skills through the activity of gymnastics.

Ashley will continue to bring her strong organizational leadership, and genuine passion for creating positive, inclusive environments for children and families in the
Active Start Program. Ashley has coached in a variety of our programs, including Active Start, RISE and various capacities in our Community Program. She always goes above and beyond with her classes and supporting the gym, and continues to be an enthusiastic part of the DGS family.

DOUBLE YOUR IMPACT FOR LOCAL SENIORS TODAY!
Starting September 1, the Nicola Family Foundation is partnering with Delta Gymnastics for a year-long matching campaign to help Delta seniors keep moving!

For hundreds of local seniors, one hour each week in our Seniors Can Move Program means improved health, greater independence, increased confidence, and meaningful social connections. The Nicola Family Foundation is making sure the Seniors Can Move program will remain accessible for all seniors in our community by matching all donations to the program up to a total of $50,000 – meaning we can raise $100,000 this year! Whether you are an individual, family, or a business, your donation will immediately have double the impact and directly give seniors the opportunity to remain active, healthy, and connected.
