And just like that we are back. The new government restrictions do not even meet what Muscle Memory has been offering all along to keep our clients safe.

Good news!!! We will be opening Hotel Muscle Memory starting this Wednesday which means the gym will be open :)

Not good news just now. Public Health Order has been updated so we are officially closed for in studio training.
We will still continue with our full online and outdoor classes.
Please reach out to your trainer for personal training options such as online and outdoors. As usual we can provide the equipment
