Starting next week Kung Fu classes on Tuesday’s and Thursday’s are back to regular schedule.
5.00pm little dragons
5.30pm kids Kung Fu
6.15pm kids/juniors BBC elite
7.00pm juniors Kung Fu
7.45pm adult Kung Fu ( Thursday only).
We are anxious to see everyone back to Kung Fu.
We still have some spot left in all the age group , reserve your spot now since there still a little bit spot left.

#545 - A HUGE Thank You to Patenaude Martial Arts! 🥋

For the third year in a row, we’re grateful to Patenaude Martial Arts for providing regular workouts for our Youth in Policing Initiative (YIPI) ambassadors.

These sessions help our youth stay active, build confidence, learn discipline, challenge themselves and - most importantly - have fun!

Thank you, Patenaude Martial Arts, for investing in our youth and helping them grow stronger, both inside and out. 💪
