Stoked on bikes? We’re looking for a Sales Associate!
Ideal Candidate would be/have:
- A passionate mountain biker
- Passionate about learning all things mountain bike
- Ability to multitask and learn quickly in an ever changing environment
- Passionate about developing relationships with customers
- Professional communication with managers, team members and customers
- Prior experience in retail sales
Job Duties include but not limited to:
- Sales, greet customers and provide top-notch customer service on the floor, phone, email and chats
- Actively maintain store appearance, keeping merchandise stocked and organized
- Assisting with re-stocking and pricing duties, including sale preparation as required
- Assisting with online sales duties
Additional Requirments:
- Ideal but not critical, proficiency with LightSpeed and Shopify
- Additional duties & overtime as assigned
