Every leader walks into a room carrying a frequency whether they realize it or not. And, everyone in the room feels that frequency in different ways - consciously or unconsciously.

In this video, I explore the difference between scattered frequency and coherent frequency in leadership… and how teams unconsciously respond to both.

Scattered leadership often creates confusion, inconsistency, emotional unpredictability, overreaction, disconnection, lack of trust.

Coherent leadership creates a very different experience. Clarity, safety, direction, presence, co-creation, trust.
