I recently had the opportunity to sit down with David Dye, host of The Question Everything Podcast — a show built around challenging assumptions, exploring unconventional ideas and asking the questions that can change the way we see the world.

Our conversation explored one of the central premises of my work:

These are not flaws or weaknesses....they are portals to your hidden fears. The ones that keep you from stepping up and in so you are seen fully.

The Mirror Principle teaches us that what we see in others is often a reflection of something within ourselves.
The people who inspire us often reflect gifts we have yet to fully claim.

The people who frustrate us often reveal places where we are still carrying hurt, fear, judgment or unhealed stories.
And the situations that trigger us? They are invitations to pause, become curious, and ask ourselves a deeper question:
What is this here to teach me?
