Huge shout out to Real Results Painting. We are over the moon with the interior and exterior paint job. We challenged them to not only painting the ceilings and all walls but also our bannister in two colors. The work is meticulous. No paint where it shouldn’t be. We felt so comfortable with these guys that we left and when on a vacation while the work was being done. Nothing missing, house was left in great condition.
Look no further for honest meticulous painters.
They are the best.

The route to a healthy diet and lifestyle is as easy as following these basic principles. And add to that a daily walk, a solid 8hr sleep every night and you are well on your way to better health. When using these principles and a calorie deficit weightloss will come naturally if that is your intention😃

Sometimes snack style picky lunches really hit the spot 😋
Yellow peppers, pumpkin seeds, brazil nut, 1 pkg thin addictives, a few blackberries and mashed curry chickpeas. The spicy curried chickpea mash was really nice on the sweeter crackers

THIS RECIPE
For the curry dressing:
¼ cup vegan mayonnaise (store-bought or homemade)
½ small lemon juice
1 teaspoon curry powder
½ teaspoon ground cumin
¼ teaspoon turmeric
¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
Pinch of black pepper
1 clove garlic
Salt to taste

For the salad:
1 15-ounce can chickpeas (1 ½ cups cooked), drained and rinsed
½ cup finely diced celery
¼ cup finely diced red onion
2 green onion thinly sliced
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

Remove skins off chickpeas, mash them and add salad ingredients. Make the dressing and add to the mash and enjoy topped on crackers, breads or just eat this way 😋

Hey everyone
I am reintroducing an old idea - It is called Grip Be Dry.
This is a steel rod that you put into the ground and prop your clubs against. Since your grips never touch the ground, they won’t get wet by placing them on the wet turf. Bending over and picking up clubs is also in the past. I put this tool in a side pocket, taking it with me anytime I leave my bag and need more than one club.
Please feel free to check out the page @ Grip Be Dry. I would appreciate any help getting out the word, (like and follow page would be a big help!)
